Dear friends,
More than 500 families were left homeless with an initial death toll of five peple including a 10-month old infant and an estimated 7 million worth of property was destroyed when a fire razed the residential area in NIA Road, Barangay Piñahan in Quezon City at around 1:30 AM yesterday, November 20, 2011.
We are currently gathering support from friends and network. Below is the listing of needs-
- House materials (wood, iron sheet, tarpaulin, nail, wire, hammer, etc.)
- Housewares (eating/cooking /laundry utensils)
- Food (rice, munggo, dried fish, sugar, canned food)
- Sleeping materials (mats, blankets, plastic sheets or trapal) and clothes
