MANILA, Philippines—The floods in several lakeshore villages around Laguna de Bay in Laguna province days after the onslaught of two weather systems "is a cause for concern,'' Malacañang officials said Thursday.
"It's a cause for concern,'' Undersecretary Anthony Golez, deputy presidential spokesperson, told reporters, even as he asked local government officials to submit their rehabilitation plans to the national government.
