i've been tired of complaining with Globe about this issue. yes, they would return the load but only when their consumer took note of how much vanished. but for busy professional people like me who doesn't have time to "argue" about the hard-earned money they are taking from me, how could they continue blaming consumers and doesn't even do anything to stop such deceipt on their customers. i've been losing load since early this year, i've complained several times with globe, all i get is very poor response.
