I dialled and was not connected but I lost the 100 prepaid credit that I just load. I called the smart customer service but they told me they cant check if my complaint is valid because they have system enhancement and told me to call back at 7 am to report again. Yolly Quila and Alvin Mangahas can not make detailed report but I need to personally call back and report again.

I had the same experience with that. I registered with SmarTalk 100 on July 22, 2009 at 19:58 o'clock. I received a confirmation message that I have registered and they deducted the P100 with REF:108145347217. But when I make a call, it says, YOUR NUMBER CANNOT BE COMPLETED IN DIAL. PLEASE CHECK THE NUMBER AND DIAL AGAIN. Where in fact, the number I am dialing is correct (*640009214693751). I already send e-mails to Smart Customer Care but nothing happens until the 5-day expiration of reach, which is today! (SAYANG ANG P100 KO)
