Disappearing load after i recieved MMS message

I load for P30, and minutes later without having sent any single message, i received mp3 MMS message. I deleted the message right away without reading it because i dont want that MMS. Upon checking my load balance, it says 0 load. I tried calling their hotline *888, it says i got no enough load to make a call. What the fuck is this? This happened to me more than trice already. My number is 639216718021. This is full of shit!

I also got my old SIM block and was not able to use my number, that's why I bought a new SIM and I kept my old one. A month later, I tried calling that blocked SIM, somebody answered and told me he owned that number.
