Case of the Missing Free Text of Two Load 35

I added load 35 (w/ free 30 text) to my cp on Aug 19 to balance of my previous load 35 with still 30 unused free text.Then I enrolled my cp to UNLI20. But when I started texting to same network, the system is deducting the text from my free text and not from the unlimited service that I enrolled in. Actually it ate up all the 30 free text of my previous load plus the new 30 free text of new load when I check the load balance on Aug 20 prior to expiry of my UNLI20. I reported the incident to Smart Website on afternoon of Aug 20 about the incident and they emailed me that there is no record of my latest load 35 with free text. I answered that said load 35 was made Aug 19 w/ reference # 360330249041. I am still waiting for their counter response.
