I lost Php300.00-plus Smart load

Contrary to the NTC memorandum circular on extending the validity of prepaid credits, I found out that Smart is violating the provision that says:

"For each new load that is purchased, the amount of the unused loads earlier purchased that are still within the validity period shall be added to and accumulate to the new load. The new minimum validity or expiry period shall be based on the sum of the new load plus the unused load..."

Just two days ago, I still had Php700.00-plus worth of load but when I checked today, it went down to just Php300.00-plus. When I called up Smart, they said that the credits I loaded last July 27 expired despite having reloaded on August 17.
